  I don't get what's up with this location... They where open for some time with a franchise owner then closed down and went corporate. now when they reopened they where amazing the staff knew everything was willing to go above and beyond and now they are all girl staff have no idea what's going on half the time they are all hidden in the back right when i walk in. and nothing is priced and the store is a disaster. and one time coming into the store it smelt like booze. i hope they get good staff in there again. i guess i see why the good staff leave.. i'm not coming back i am sick of trying to get prices and talk to staff that are sorta there or have any idea whats going on... GET GOOD STAFF AGAIN! and maybe ill be back!

  Small store with a not-bad selection of quality pet food. Know what you want before you go because the staff won't even offer to help you. The girl working there looked about 16 years old and was too busy playing music and texting to acknowledge my presence.

  Very welcoming environment, however the specialty of this store only applies to cats, dogs and small animals, but don't expect anything exotic

  Helpful staff signed me up for a club card with them. However if you are on this side of the city and live closer to another one I guess it's difficult for the staff to transfer your card between the two locations? Not anything bad about the staff but maybe something that Global company needs to work on.
