  Beyond brutal is the only way to describe them. Phone and book a truck a month ago, only to have Uhaul scheduling phone me two hours before I am supposed to pick up and cancel the reservation as they are booked solid. Best thing they could offer was a 10 foot cargo van. No trucks available till the sixth of September. Needed to move in the day truck was booked for, now left high and dry.

  If I could give this company and location a zero star I would! The gentlemen we saw today gave us the absolute worst service and verbally assaulted myself and spouse. I rented a trailer, confirm by calling the location the night prior as the last time at this location they did not have my trailer. They said I was good to go, I came in the morning and they did not have my trailer. Did not offer to help. Told us there was Zeroother trailers in the city. We went to the other location, which had multiple trailers and told us we get a 50 dollar voucher. Screw you north side location, you're useless and verbally assault your customers.

  When we first came in the morning,the guy who assisted us was kinda arrogant and didn't show any good customer service asking our questions. He said there will be no available trucks for that day. So we decided to leave and booked a moving truck to a different Location which ended up transferring us back to 50th st. We wasted gas and time and we still ended up to this location. At least the other staffs are nice and very accommodating when we came back the 2nd time around. And when we returned it. Kudos to those staffs who will really spend time serving customers no matter how their day went. Thank you

  Gave away my reservation after I called 1 hour before hand to confirm it was there. No other trailers in the city. Told me I couldn't have the one outside because it was reserved. Absolutely terrible company. I would give negative stars if possible. Do not use if at all possible to go elsewhere. I will never use them again.

  I know they are one of the few options available, but if all possible stay as far away from Uhaul as possible.

  I wouldn't rent from anywhere else they're reputable clear clean units great place for when you need something moved small or big across town or across the country
