  only way out after hours is with a vehicle. bathrooms are often locked or out of service. but not too badly.priced. definately not as secure as they say they are though

  Dealt with a Nicole after our locker was broken into. Was pretty much accused of stealing my own stuff. I would not recommend this company to anyone. After looking around the property, I noticed a hole has been cut in their fence and that another hole has been made in the wooden fence to get into their compound. Once we brought this to the attention of the people in the office, we were told we'd need to have the police come another day because they closed in a few hours and they aren't waiting for them. After telling them that this is a big deal because my stuff was stolen (in a very calm and polite manner) I was informed by Nicole that she will call the police on me and let them know I'm holding her hostage. After waiting until the police arrived, they couldn't understand why we were treated the way we were. Very bad horrible customer service, apparently If your lock is cut, you stole your own stuff.
