  Great staff and a clean environment. Full surveillance and each pod has its own alarm. 12 ft loading doors (I believe that's what they told me) and plenty of carts and built in loading Jack's. They also have a cube van for rent to pod renters and it's way cheaper then an Uhaul to rent. Elevators are huge so you can move quickly and efficiently. Restroom is available during loading hours. Their also riders fans so thats a plus :p

  Updating my review to say that move out went without a hitch, I was not charged a penny more than what I expected, and that the service was exemplary.

  Super friendly staff. Very clean facility. 4 large climate controlled loading bays. 5 storey building with 2 huge freight elevators.

  We did not have an issue until we moved out. We moved two days after our monthly payment had gone through. We were told we would receive a refund. That was three months ago and we are still waiting for the refund, which we have now been told will not be honored by the new owners. I would never give them my money unless you want to throw it away. Very dishonest business to deal with.

  Payment options were flexible. Access to my locker was a breeze. Building is kept outrageously clean.
