  Have used a few storage places in the past and this is by far the best experience I have even had. They have been so friendly and helpful. Would recommend this location to anyone and everyone. Once I end up moving stuff out, if I ever need a storage unit again I will come back here for sure. Simply amazing!

  If i could give a zero start rating I would. My experience with Sentinel Storage has been very disappointing. They are under new management by StorageVault Canada that is based out of Toronto and since this change, the customer service has been horrific. They are only concerned with acquiring new customers, and unfortunately long term loyal customers suffer... I have also had a very difficult time with the new site manager who does not understand the concept of customer service.

  This was my first time needing storage space and I've had a wonderful experience with this location! Elizabeth and Darren are wonderful to work with - helpful, friendly and very accommodating! The moving truck was a life-saver. I know my things are in good hands!

  I guess they realize they have you at their mercy given how difficult it would be to move out the entire contents your locker to move to a different, better managed facility. Save yourself the trouble, and take your business elsewhere from the start.

  Friendly staff, units were clean and affordable. The truck rental was perfect with no hassle or hidden fees.
