  Came here for the first time to get my brows waxed for the very first time. I've been hearing mixed reviews from all over the place, but I absolutely loved it. I was given great customer service from the moment I approached the front desk. I got smiles, welcomes, asked about my day before I got my service and was brought to the lounge and offered refreshments! The lounge was clean, comfortable, and had magazines to read while I waited. The wax was absolutely wonderful. Finished quicker than I thought but the results were fantastic. I'm so in love! My brows look great and the amount of work put into them was wonderful. I had such a great experience coming in and out of the store that I will continue to come back! I really loved the W.E.M location's customer service and services! I definitely recommend coming here to get eyebrows waxed!

  My entire experience was top notch, from making my appt, to reception to the consultation and services delivered. The staff listened were respectful and exceeded my expectations for customer service. Anna was very attentive, and knowledgeable. I felt refreshed and pampered after my facial !!

  My stylist was very personable and she did a great job with my hair. What really impressed me was how polite and professional the employees are to each other. I notice small things like that. Bravo ladies!

  I don’t usually leave a hair salon feeling great about what I just chose to have done to myself but Gigi is amazing and I love my hair cut! She also made me feel really comfortable through the whole process.

  Was a great overall experience. Everyone there was happy and very helpful. They took my jacket and shopping bags for me. And I had a great chat with my hair stylist. Will be returning again in 3 weeks for my next haircut.
