  Went for the first time and had a good experience. I was just kind of browsing but I ended up finding a pair of shoes I liked and apparently I went on a sale day and the regular price of my shoes was 99$ and with the sale I ended up paying 41$, very good deal. Staff was helpful, store was clean. Had a good experience.

  To say that I like Puma gear is an understatement, I shop for shoes, socks, shirts...pretty much anything Puma. Customer service has always been good, no issues ever. Lots of sales to keep going back for more.

  Very disappointed with a supervisor Sam. I purchased two pairs of shin guards for my son and went in the next day to exchange a size. They'd not been worn and were still in the package. He was rude right off the bat and told me I could not return or exchange shin guards. I asked why and he said it was like underwear. I'd told him that I wasn't made aware of that when I purchased them. I went online to a live chat with puma who said they can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Weird Sam, Weird.

  This place reeks of curry. Stinks of bad body odour! I thought maybe it was just the one time but I have come multiple times and had to leave because of the unpleasant smell lingering at this Puma store.
