  The Filipino (gay) person who worked as a Cashier on 21 Oct, 7PM: he took the shoe boxes and opened them as if he was holding a piece of trash, slammed those shoes back in the box. He did the same thing with the other pair that i bought. I was so pissed off and i asked him if he can be gentle, he was not effin receptive. I dont know what the effin deal was, he placed the boxes in the bag placed the reciept in the bag and i was ready to leave then he asked me (in an kinda nice way but you can see its superficial) if i wanted the box - like effin really! I was so mad i said "dont bother". I then called the manager to complain.

  Staff did not communicate well, and asked me multiple times, one after the other if I needed help - to which I replied no each time. Then, while I was still browsing, someone called asking about shoes the younger blonde working wasn't very pleasant on the phone - then once off the phone proceeded to complain and bad mouth the woman from the call to her coworker right in front of me! Before I left I told her that they shouldn't be talking like that - especially when other customers are right there. The girl looked stunned, and I walked out. Wouldn't have made my purchase if I didn't need the shoes right then. Very poor customer service. :(

  went in this store and it was a busy line. the cashier(nicole) was super quick and friendly. just wanted to say thank you for the great friendly service :)

  My experience was great with the East Indian lady who helped me find my shoes, she had a long back and thick straight hair and was wearing this open toe high heeled shoes. She was very nice and helpful until i went to the effing cashier.
