  Barbara Diduch treated us her clients like human beings, which we really like because we hate too transactional situations. She empathizes well, and wasn't pushy at all. She was highly efficient, made things simple for us. I would recommend Barbara to my friends and relatives who are interested in buying a property. In fact we would hire her again in the future.

  We were flip-flopping on whether to go see a house that was right at our upper spending limit. She thought it wouldn't hurt to go see it, so we did, and it ended up having no deficiencies and was perfect for us. We now live happily in our new home and that is thanks to Cathy!

  She had done her research and was able to provide us with advice in terms of how to proceed, what to offer, what to look for, recommendations, etc, in terms of making an offer, home inspection, and mortgage referrals. She assured us she got no benefit from this, only to ensure that her clients were taken care of, which I believe. In any event, the people she referred us to for home inspection and mortgage assistance were super knowledgeable and really awesome. We got a super great rate on our mortgage and the home inspector provided a very detailed ~80 page document setting out their findings of the house we made an offer on within a day. We also got the house for, I believe, a fair price, given what other similar houses were going for in the area over the past few months.

  I was just starting to look for a broker and had met with a couple but didn't really like them. Deidre showed me the property I would later purchase and as soon as I met her I wanted to work with her. She was so friendly, easy going and relatable! She made me feel at ease and I trusted her and her knowledge immediately. I didn't know what to expect as I had never bought a home before but Deidre took the time to explain the process, answer all of my questions and even provided me with a list of reputable home inspectors and a timeline for things that needed to be done. She made the process so easy and stress free! I could always reach her though text, phone or email and never had to wait for a reply! She even helped me when I couldn't reach my mortgage broker! She has gone above and beyond in every situation for me and made this the most positive experience I could ever ask for! She is perfection and I'm truly blessed to have worked with her!
