  We met Gerrard by chance and we're so glad we did. I was wary and exhausted of all real-estate agents and fed up with all the referrals and transfers so meeting Gerrard was like a breath of fresh air. Right away we knew he was different because instead of waxing poetic about all the benefits having a toilet next to the fridge could bring (yes this happened), or trying to intimidate us into snatching up a house that would 'guarantee not last on the market' - he quietly inspected the house along us, pointed out flaws and things to watch out for and would point blank tell us if something was overpriced or just plain not worth it. Something no other realtor had come close to doing. We never felt rushed, intimidated or pressured with him.

If we found a house late one evening, he could get us in to see it first thing the next morning, he was extremely flexible and always available in person or by phone. Never left you hanging.
