  I would recommend seeing Kristen, she was very thorough in her assessment and even though it went longer than the prescribed hour, she did not rush me out and made sure I had the proper treatment and exercises to gain strength and heal. Even though I asked if I should come weekly, she recognized it wasn't necessary for my sports injury. It's refreshing not having to be worried about get gouged by a health care professional you put your trust in to.

  Finally a place where you go in and come out actually feeling better and taken care of. Could you ask for more? Most places that take care of my physical health bring me in and spit me out disappointed with the same problem I had before. Not the case here!

  I went to Pivotal Physiotherapy 3 times a week for 6 months after breaking my ankle. My physiotherapist, Lindsay, was always giving new suggestions on how to improve my range of motion. Each session, we would discuss what exercises worked and didn't, and by the time I came back for my next session, Lindsay would have new exercises for me to try out. His dedication to the profession didn't go unnoticed.

  The entire staff at Pivotal Physiotherapy was very professional and welcoming. Booking appointments was always a smooth process. The assistants worked closely with the physiotherapists and were able to help me when I was not working directly with Lindsay.
