  I found the staff friendly and professional, but not so effective for my problem. The appointments were very short with all of the exercise given as homework. What I mean by that is that my therapist and I did very little rehab work. I don't know what she had planned for the long term but in the 3 sessions we had I found little relief.

  Definitely recommend for sports injury rehab. Been a patient at Lifemark for over 15 years now for many different injuries from a very active lifestyle, and am always happy with my treatment. Team members are all friendly and helpful. Hilary is extremely knowlegable and helps my recovery process. From muscle pain, to misalignment, and tightened muscles they have been a very integral part of my recovery.

  Bob "the back man" Sydenham is a living legend. After months of chiro, acupunture and massage to remedy my back, he fixed me up in 1 visit. Simply amazing.

  Bob is amazing. Genuinely cares about his patients wellbeing and provides effective treatments to help relieve symptoms. I've seen countless physio's, chiro's, sports medicine clinics, etc. and Bob is the only one who has been able to provide me an explanation of what's going on inside my body and why my symptoms are present. He has/will remain and integral part of my 3.5+ year healing process. I would highly recommend him to anyone who have been looking for answers when dealing with injuries and related symptoms. Both acute and chronic.

  I'm also comparing this to a physio experience I had a few years ago that was completely different. At that clinic I did a bunch of supervised work, was given "homework", and that was the pattern. With Academy Place I felt the supervised work was neglected.
