  We told them 4x what toppings we wanted and that we wanted pineapple on only one half....of course it came on the full pizza. we were super specific he even brought over a co-worker to make sure. bacon chicken onion and pineapple as toppings. but onions and pineapple only on one half. he even took off the bacon to make for two pineapples....ugh!!!!

  Order from there. Maybe if enough of you do, there will be a new manager of Jasper Ave Papa John's and I can start ordering our favorite pizza again.

  But tonight, we have a pizza in our refrigerator that we apparently can't eat even if we wanted to, if we want to actually either be reimbursed or get what we paid for. Tonight, we had to cook our own dinner after waiting two and a half hours for a pizza we didn't end up getting. Tonight, I had to listen to the manager of a pizza parlor accuse me of being dishonest and trying to steal from him. And then get told that because the pizza place spent the last hour and half refusing to make my pizza, they're closing and now I'm not getting it at all.

  Let me clarify. The manager told us that in order to get a new pizza that we paid a delivery charge to receive at our home, that we had to drive to his store and return the pizza.

  An hour passes. This is frustrating for one particular reason. We live like ten blocks away on a major road from then, straight down Jasper Ave. It literally takes 5 minutes to get there. So we call in again, and speak to the call center agent who connects us directly with the manager of the location. The manager then tells us that the call center did not tell them to make a new pizza and that the call center agent "told us" that if we wanted a new pizza we had to return the old one. So if the call center agent hadn't spoke to him, how would he know we were asked to hang onto the pizza?

  Worst papa johns location ever! ! !Every time I've ordered from here the quality has been subpar. If you want better ingredients and better pizza , order from another spot.

  So we call in about the pizza to customer service. We explain that neither of us really want to pick apart the entire pizza and eat little bits of toppings, because all these toppings are really layered throughout, so we'd appreciate it if they sent us a new one. The agent on the phone apologizes and asks to put us on a brief hold while he calls the location and has them make a new one. And after a brief hold, he lets us know that they can indeed make us a new one but to hang onto the previous pizza. I thought that part was a little unusual, but maybe they're just being careful and a bunch of less-than-savory people try to hustle free pizza out of them.

  Tonight my girlfriend was having a bad day because work was stressful. I decided i'd surprise her with pizza from Papa John's, her favorite. The pizza arrived at the door the usual 50 minutes later, nothing to worry about. Shortly after the delivery man leaves, we open the box to discover that the pizza instructions haven't been followed at all.

  One time, I ordered from Pizza Hut. They made an error in my order about a year ago and actually gave me somebody Else's pizza. I called them, within 25 minutes there was not only a pizza at my door but they gave us a couple bottles of pop and told us to go ahead and keep the other pizza as well, no big deal.

  So please, do not willfully buy pizza from this location. If this manager's sales go down, then maybe he'll realize that his view of customer service is absolutely shameful.

  He then told me that he had "personally made" the pizza so he knew for certain that we were being dishonest. He goes on to try and bluff his way through telling us that "all these calls are recorded, so he knows what was said, which again is basically accusing us of lying. I then offer to take a picture of the pizza on my cell phone and send it to him. He refuses that too. At this point it becomes obvious that he has actually walked away from the telephone. My girlfriend and I can hear him talking to somebody else in the store. He comes back to the phone and then tells us that he's not going to deliver us another pizza and to call back tomorrow to speak to a different manager and this isn't his problem.

  On a side note , I wrote a severely negative review about this place last year and it's since been removed. Either way ,don't waste your money$$$
