  Very nice room. Pet friendly. Reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again. Wish there was continental breakfast.

  We have stayed many, many nights/days at that location due to it's relative proximity to the U of A hospital and to the Superstore a block away. We both appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Their efforts at making our stay as pleasant as possible are well appreciated.

  I travel to Edmonton to visit family a few times a year and have stayed at this hotel a few times in the last year, mainly because it's a convenient location and affordable. The last time I was there the elevator broke down for a few days. This last visit the hotel had many young people staying there on the weekend. On Saturday night some of them were up all night screaming and yelling, running up and down the hallways, slamming doors. Where was the security to stop this?

  Great front desk staff but they are being sabotaged by poor management with crappy renovation low water pressure and mouthwash that the seal is broken in the bathroom. Very unhealthy. Location is great

  The staff was very accommodating, friendly and mature! The outter appearance, as well as the lobby area was very nice! But as for the room, we were disappointed in the "upkeep" and maintenance of it. Locks were broken, multiple lights were burnt out or flickering, only a couple of buttons on the remote worked, the shower felt very old and uncomfortable, the carpet was very old-gross looking (hotels should not have carpet!!), the main hair dryer did not work, the NEW bedding we got after requesting housekeeping was dirty, and curtains were very "out of style" and dirty. I was also scared of the fact that the hotels sprinkler system, as well as the phone system for elevator emergancies looked very out dated - I was hoping nothing would happen so that I wouldn't have to use them - in case they didn't work. The elevator and pool could also use an update. Both very old, and gross. The elevator was scary to use and didn't always work properly (wrong floor, very slow, etc.) The pool.. well, it was not welcoming at all to say the least. We didn't want to use it! All I can say is thank God the staff was MUCH better than the actual room/hotel! Definitely did not feel it was worth what I paid. When I return in March, I'll have to pick a new place.
