  Richard provided same day service on a Saturday which I needed. Not cheap, but no higher that any companies I called. I really appreciated the time and attention he put into our issues with vehicle and home locks! Richard knows his profession and takes pride in his work and customer service, would certainly recommend.

  I had originally lost my key for my Yamaha Vstar 950cc, and Richard came straight to my house and saved me about $600.00 by making the key without me having to take the bike to a shop and pay the labour to remove the ignition and replace it afterwards.

  Honestly if I could give this guy ZERO stars, I would. He is not only rude but flat out told us we needed to pay $189 for something that can be done for $25. He has no customer service skills and doesn’t even seem to have proper knowledge on how to speak to a person. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone! Better go to someone else who isn’t disrespectful. Honestly I’ve never seen such bad service. I hope he actually tries to fix this. No one wants to deal with a rude person over the phone. Save your money and go elsewhere please.

  The guy gave me a quote, then asked me to pay him in cash (no credit or debit) would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to have their work done legitimately or be provided a receipt for security of quality service.
