  Worst customer service ever !! They are very unprofessional be it personal grooming or dealing with clients. The guy who dealt with me had really dirty nails and made me sit in front of him for a good 5 mins while he was casually talking to someone over the phone. The office is very unorganized and untidy as well.

  Office have a poster written that no threatening behaviour is allowed, otherwise you will be out and police will be called. no picture allowed. There are lot of useless paperwork like 4 copies of personal details to be filled by pen 4 times the same detailed information which makes ppl too frustrated. Now a days staff is improving but still you can see the state government office environment a bit. Go early before 2 pm because they close taking files after that. The lady over there is knowledgeable, she work fast and know ways if something is missing. The man working there is less fast.

  The representative was talking over his personal phone during the whole time he was dealing with us for passport renewal. He had a nail in his thumb like a knife. That’s the only way I could identify him since he had no name badge. Information presented was very confusing as well.

  I visited this center, but it turns out you don't have to apply in person anymore to get Indian visa. For a conference visa, you can mail everything to Vancouver and they return your passport/visa via Purolator. There is an option of Purolator pick up as well. For most of the other types of visas, they have an e-visa, so you don't even have to mail anything. Be aware conference visa processing can take up to 2 weeks. This was news for me.
