  My wife and I have been using Shelly and her team for three going on four years now and absolutely love the personalized service we receive. Everytime we call they are are always very quick to help and answer any questions we have. My wife had a bad accident a couple years back and they were very helpful and supportive. I have zero complaints about this office.

  She has respected my financial needs over the years and did not not push or force any services on me that I did not want or need. I have had 2 motor vehicle accidents in the past and she has worked hard to advocate for me on both occasions, and I truly feel that her services are worth every cent.

Please ignore the negative reviews - people seem to have various grievances for various small reasons, but I can say with all due respect that she is a very professional and extremely kind person.
