  Poor service. Was very late and schedule was all over the place. To add they were very late (over 4 hours late)

  Booking an appointment can be a jungle gym if you need to come in on a certain day but once I got into the building I felt the up most pleasant experiences. The staff nurses and doctors are all 100% supportive. It was a good day I came in. I would recommend this place absolutely. They give you drink and cookies after the procedure. A drink with your medication which was much appreciated had not had any fluid for 10 hours and sick so they're generous.

  I felt like I was being hearded through my appointment like cattle. So many people there and I felt like it was just a push to get everyone through. I don’t know if they over booked appointments or what but it didn’t seem personal more like just trying to get people in and out of the clinic. Would probably go to Calgary clinic if I ever needed to acess this service again.

  Everyone is very welcoming and supportive, its a very safe environment. The staff was great.

  Not a great experience, considering it’s already an appointment that nobody wants. Nurses and counselors were great, kind and understanding. Receptionist at the front was not friendly. I felt uncomfortable and like she was judging me. When I finished filling out paper work I sat in the waiting room and waited to hear my name called. I could hear the receptionist talking and laughing to each other and complaining about patients. This was very awkward to listen to. If I heard it then that means everyone in the waiting room could hear it. Waiting room is a little dirty. I was happy when my name was called and I didn’t have to sit in the waiting room anymore. After I was called it was a smooth sailing appointment and I was happy to have the choice and safe care that was provided.
