  the manager Eric is a super nice guy. He is the one who willing to help his customers, not those push their customers out of door ones. definitely can expect him and home depot give you a good service. at least my lights warranty went smoothly.

  Pretty slow service, I walked around for 15 mins looking for what I needed. Then was told to walk to another side of the store that didn't have the item. Then was told to go to plumbing for a furnance part, then was told they don't stock it. Looked it up online to show them they did and finally managed to find it because they had a part number.

  Good selection of products, prices are good when there on sale. Most of the time the staff is helpful. I have bought appliances 3 different times in the last 2 years and they always get me great prices as they price match competitors and give you an additional 10% off when you use your home depot card.

  As always... You go to Home Depot to spend "X" amount of dollars and end up spending "Y". How ever all the staff are always friendly and knowledgablem. Good job westend Home Depot.

  They Always have stock on items I need. Most Staff are knowledgeable about electrical and plumbing issues parts needed and problem solving which is really helpful better then some other stores. Tool rental dept. is great no hassle I’ve rented lots of big tools especially the mini Kubota tractor for yard projects it beats buying such an expensive machine for personal use.
