  I have been dealing with the Spa Spot for the past 2 years. I must say that everyone has been so helpful and has tons of knowledge. The owner had given me his cell phone number after our first meeting to allow me the ability to contact him at any time should I have any questions or concerns, and I have used it and received great customer service at 11pm. I will never go anywhere else now for any of my hot tub needs!! I highly recommend these guys! Keep up the great work Spa Spot. If i could give them 100 stars I would!

  GREAT place to buy a spa. Kyle was very informative about the tub. Dallas did a great install and the after service was phenomenal. Highly recommend this company.

  Then we walked in to the Spa Spot. It was a totally different approach and feel then we received anywhere else. Kyle asked legitimate questions and showed that he was actually interested in our wants and needs and not just about making the sale. We ended up making a deal on a tub that day and have been nothing but impressed. Nothing but 5 star service from the salesman Kyle to the follow up from Candace and the final installation and instructional information of the installers. I will recommend The Spa Spot HIGHLY to anyone looking to purchase a good quality tub with a no pressure sales approach. We ended up getting a tub that met and exceeded our expectations. Thanks guys, I look forward to dealing with you for all of our hot tub needs in the future.

  I'm not someone to normally write a review, but in this extraordinary case I feel like I had to. My wife and I were looking at purchasing a hot tub for quite some time on a fairly modest budget. We didn't want to break ourselves or remortgage our house in the process.

  We researched a lot of places before buying our hot tub. Spa spot was the best by far! They gave us very detailed information on their tubs and helped us pick the perfect tub for our family within our budget. When we were not sure if our deck would be strong enough to hold the tub, Kyle came right out to our house early the next morning to check it himself! Dallas delivered it and got it up and running in way less time then expected as well! Being new tub owners we knew we would have a lot of questions as we went and spa spot has not only been extremely helpful but have exceeded our expectations with customer service. If you are looking for a hot tub, I very highly recommend Kyle and his team at spa spot! You will be so happy with your new tub just as we have been over the last year!

  Dec 29/17 Also over Christmas my hot tub had temperature issues and they replaced the mother board under warranty.. it was even -30 out when they came to service the hot tub ... WOW!! (
