  Terrible experience. Picking out what we wanted was easy. We already knew what we wanted. Waited total of almost 3 weeks. Had to re select after first 2 deliveries didn't work. Payed extra to get mattresses early instead of waiting extra 3 more days and sleeping on the floor again. Then slept on mattresses on the floor while waiting for base. Got base 4 days later. Delivered. Didn't set up. Missing a part. Movers had to come back to assemble. For the part was told to call customer services.. save your time and money. Go to sleep country. Even if brick cheaper on paper, sleep country will price match with no gst.

  You have to walk all the way to the back door to get in. They should open the main road gate. I found the prices was higher than the regular store. No clearance.

  A very inconvenient place to do business. You can only view items there. If you want to buy anything you pay them and then have to drive several km’s to another part of the city at their distrubution warehouse or pay expensive delivery charges. When I explained to the salesman that in these modern times that online retailers like Wayfair make things much more convenient for customers and offer free shipping, he told me I should shop there and he walked away. This type of not evolving will result in companies like The Brick eventually going the way of the dinosaurs.

  Completely horrible experience. The movers from the brick damaged my purchase my flooring and soiled my decorative towels. I'm returning everything wat a waste of time. Also lodging in some complaints with the city and head office.
