  Pottery Barn will not price adjust. Spent $5000 on a media unit and coffee table. 2 weeks later it goes on sale for 30% off. Was told it is the policy to not price adjust, too bad so sad. Hopefully others will learn from this review before dropping big money.

  Great options for decorating your home, it may be pricey but high end home decor comes at a cost! Their faux floral and flameless candles are fantastic. I have been shopping at pottery barn for years (in USA) and I'm glad there is a store in Edmonton!

  they seem to have a very successful business to care for their customers lol, shopped there a few times, never got acknowledged, just feels like i am begging them to sell me stuff... what a wrong place. stay away

  I dealt with Tennesse the first time I purchased through them and made a special order and she was amazing.

  The manager at the Edmonton location seems to have a problem with children. I have 2 children ages 10 and 11 and an older son aged 21. Whenever we enter this store the manager is staring at us. My son sat on a chair he liked for his room and this individual told him to get up. Very rudely. I am often stared at and last Saturday I caught this guy from behind his till staring at me and shaking his head. Do you disapprove of all your customers? What is wrong with this person? I am a customer of Pottery Barn for kids and I'd like to see what pottery barn has to offer but I do not feel comfortable with such individuals working in the store.

  I have purchased a few times through this store and have had excellent service each time and every time I've been in the store. They've been a huge help as I had to arrange for pick up and delivery and they worked to find the cheapest way to get me my items in Saskatchewan.
