  Don't get me wrong the doctors here are very kind and knowledgeable, the only problem o really have with this clinic is the receptionist staff. They treat patients as if they are annoyances and aren't welcome. I went in as a walk in as my schedule is too unpredictable to book an appointment and was scoffed at and told she wouldn't even be able to give me an estimate for it 'isn't a clinic for walk ins' enough said very disappointed

  Worst medical clinic I have ever stepped foot in, the wait is ridicously too long, waited for over 2 hours in the waiting area and watched them take in people who came in after me before me. Very rude staff and very unprofessionally dressed, might as well wear PJS to work because the way they dress looks so unclassy. The only good thing about this office is Dr.Mithia is really nice and a good doctor, but other then him I hate this place! Get new staff!!!!

  If I were you I'd check out the clinics on castle downs road and 137 or go to north east medical center like I did.

  I came into this clinic to ask the staff if the doctor was accepting new patients. The staff kind of laughed at me and said "maybe" in a rude kind of way. I waited a bit for her to explain what she meant until I had to ask for clarification. She said I could do a walk in and ask the doctor if he was willing to see me on a regular basis.

  There are too may clinics in Edmonton for people to be rude. If the doctor is not accepting new patients they should simply say no.
