  Horrible - why don't they tell you when you BOOK your appointment that you're expected to wait 1 to 2 hours to then actually get in to your appointment? Why bother booking one at all?! We had to keep asking for updates or they just didn't say anything. My friend wanted me to be in there with her and they just ignored her request and pulled her in. We even stopped and said again that she wanted me in there and they ignored us. Don't even care about the "quality" of work when the quality of your customer service is just bullshit.

  Dr. Royce Johnson performed seven eye surgeries on me. I had an extreme case of thyroid eye disease which I would never wish on my worst enemy. My eyes bulged which created double vision and I had severe sinus issues. My eyes watered profusely and I had to wear sunglasses from sunrise to sundown since they were so sensitive to the sun. Dr. Johnson gave me my life back and there are no words to describe the many thanks I have for this man! I will be going back to him to get my lower bags surgery done as he is the only one I trust to this! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!

  On Dec. 17th, 2014, I had lower lid blepharoplasty done, to remove the undereye bags. I was glad that before doctor Johnson retires next month, I was able to get an appointment and had the procedure done by this expert. I found Dr. Johnson very friendly and honest. He wasn't a bit unfriendly and rude as some reviewers have written. He made polite conversation and just didn't go about doing his business. He gave options, made suggestions and performed the procedure in the given time required and with utmost care. He made sure I was comfortable and all the meds/injections were doing what they were supposed to. His staff was just as caring, capable, professional and friendly. Good follow up is done via calls. I am so happy that I got my blepharoplasty performed by the best. He will be a great loss to this profession. Wish you all the best doctor!!!
