  Mandersheid - Grumpy old guy who looks like he'd be a cool uncle to go fishing with but not the judge you want hearing your case. He's not as gender biased as Clackson and seems to want to be fair yet not exactly a champion for equal shared parenting.

  You'll first be ordered to pay MEP a percentage of your take home pay based on line 150 of your tax return. You pay the tax on that money and it isn't considered income to the other party. The Feds call this "tax neutral". As your former partner will know the income thresholds for child tax benefits, subsidies, etc. this provides them with the flexibility to manage their income and maximize child benefits.

  As the non-custodial parent, you'll also notice that the judges want you to play an "active" part of your child's life (just not too active). As the child support formula assumes you've abandoned your child there is no recognition given for your own financial contribution to your child's living expenses and no adjustment to child support or government benefits available to non-custodial parents.

  Queens bench family court is the most crooked court in the country. Justice's have hearing problems often can't understand what's being said. Justice Madershit is obviously on prescription drugs. This Justice breaks the rules of law. He vacated my epo, I went picked up my son, who was removed from primary care December 17 2015, the last day the court was open. A ploy for a crazy ex of mine who is the not child's mother, to take some kinda sick revenge. Justice Madershit, then sent a late night fax to my lawyers home, stating the epo was back on. I was at morning hockey practice with my son, when I received a phone call stating I had to leave my son yet again, he's 9 years old at this time, it had been 23 days since we saw each other, do to the courts Christmas closer. I've been the boys primary caregiver for 5 years at this time. Justice Madershit, is extremely arrogant and has demonstrated a poor understanding of his illegal actions. Justice Madershit you helped teach my son to fear police, damaged his sense of security and safety. Retire you bum, so some who has a clue can take your place. I've seen your court numerous times, you should be ashamed how treat unrepested parents. Your exactly what the prime Minister was speaking of when he discibed a two tiered Justice system. I hope he comes looking for you 1st.

  Clackson - If you see him in morning chambers ask to adjourn. He will make a decision based on lies and cries. His hairpiece may look like a sleepy muskrat, however he is definitely not as relaxed and laid back as that hair.

  You'll notice that the mainstream media outlets only report on the massive amount of arrears owed by non-custodial parents. They never report that non-custodial parents receive no recognition as a parent by any level of government nor do they ever share with the the public that the calculation behind the federal child support formula assumes you've abandoned your child.
