  This Is a very friendly casino and I love the atmosphere and it's clean and the food is great .but its hard to win anything here . The staff are all terrific see u soon. Good luck have fun

  Amateur night was great every time we have gone. Just to be fair expect a 18+ show everytime.

  Good comedy show and service at yuk yuks. The service at the restaurant outside the yuk yuks was ok, but very disappointed by the cut off of fully stacked buffet a few minutes before 9. They wasted an entire buffet filled, rather than giving clients an opportunity to have an option of "what's there is all for the price" . Seriously wasteful. Lack of communication with staff

  Also if you sit as a group at a table the bill will be for the whole table not individual unless you specify before you order!! I know they accept cash and credit haven't used debit.

  It's ok.. hotel manager is doing her best..I spoke with her on the phone..she trying make all things right... casino staff..very slow...I wanted a drink..went to the bar in the casino..no one there to get orders..it was my first time in a casino..so I was expecting more...the grill..I went there fir the prime rib..we got seated right away..but we wondered if we had to wait till 5 to get drinks..I finally waved over waitresses after a few failed attempts.. finally got drinks for our table...the prime rib was excellent..I had two plates...I would recommend to get the staff to commit to customer service..overall...I want to go back and see again on a different day...

  Once Northlands closes this will be the only casino in the north east of the city. Avoid during the day, the place is overrun with senior citizens. Don't worry, they all go home at 3:30pm because they eat dinner at 4. Better at night and on the weekends. Show lounge brings in has-been acts from the 80's doing the casino circuit. The comedy club brings in so-so comedians but sometime big names, sign up for their mailer so you can get a free ticket, don't pay regular prices for the comedy shows. Food is hit and miss, some good items on the menu. Buffet is mediocre
