  I have always felt like I was treated fairly and not scammed. Never a concern with work that they have done, after over 15 years of service with them. They always joke that my cars don't break down, but I believe the preventive maintenance that I have received has be the reason. When there was a faulty part they gladly replaced. I go out of my way to have my cars serviced with Kar Tunes.

  I booked ahead for some exhaust & brake issues I had been having in my car that I use for lots of work travel. They gave me a loaner vehicle while they had it in their shop so I didn't feel put out and the techs came up with a solution for the exhaust that saved me a lot of money compared to dealership prices. Car feels like a new machine, and I'm confident I can get a lot more kms out of it.

  I "discovered" Kartunes & Kim a year ago, while looking for someone to work on my Grandad's 1955 Chev. I wish I found Kim years ago! I can only speak regarding my Chevy, but it hasn't run this well in 20 years?
