  I also wish there was a zero star button. The manager seems to know what he is talking about but don't be fooled like I was. I waited 10 weeks for my truck to get fixed and when I picked it up my box was not aligned correctly and they painted the back side panel the wrong color. So in other words most of my truck was gold and the rest was silver. When I told them they needed to fix it and pay for my rental since I had used up all my credit with my insurance company I thought they would do it right. Nope I was wrong!! When I picked up my truck for the 2nd time they broke my box cover. Also 3 months later I get a call from Enterprise rental claiming I have a outstanding balance. High-Tech didn't pay for my rental. In total I waited 2 1/2 months for my truck to be fixed properly and was stuck with a $400 rental fee. I hope no one else ever uses this company, unless you like headaches and grief.

  Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop at all costs. I took my car here and after 2 attempts and almost a month trying to fix it, it came out worse than it went in. Covered in over-spray, fender not aligned properly, fish eyes throughout the paint job, the list goes on. I had an appraiser assess the car after it was here and the cost to fix was as much as the initial repair.
