  As a purchaser from British Columbia, it was important for me to ask a lot of questions before committing to purchase a vehicle by flying to Edmonton, somewhat sight unseen. I had never done this before and put a lot of faith into Jacky at Platinum Fine Cars.

  Jacky, Mark and the crew here were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to help get me into a sweet car at a better than market price. I was buying from out of town and Jacky and Mark helped drive me around, sort out issues at the registry and were all around great guys. Can't say enough good things about this team.

  Not a fan. My friend bought an SUV nearly identical to mine but 3 years older. Much of the mechanical work claimed to be done prior to the car being sold appears to have been done with either substandard materials and/or not done at all. Thousands of dollars in follow-up work needed for a car otherwise known for it's reliability. Was also promised a missing headrest for a rear seat that Jackie just never got around to. Very disappointed.

  Bought a Subaru through these guys. They were very laid back, didn't pressure me and actually found me the car I wanted for less than my budget! I will definitely be back here to get my next car.

  Be careful. I'd just share my experience. I got a used SUV and the battery on it wasn't good. I got stranded in a small town where I had got a new job ! At the time of getting the car the battery was drained out and I asked him to get a new one. He got it checked with battery doctor and told that it was good but I still got that problem !! I had to change it at my own cost. Also be careful of the guy who finance for him. I thought there were no admin fees but He charged me $699 for Admin fees !!! (even the major dealerships have 399 to 499 and that guy just spent less than 1 hour and charged me that much). At first I didn't catch it but then I saw it and asked him to lower it but he still didn't go lower than $499! I had no option as I had already signed it. I want to warn other people and be careful of the little details.

  After one week of daily questions and convincing myself it was the right thing to do, I flew to Edmonton and purchased a 2008 Toyota Sequoia. There were no surprises as it was exactly what he described. I did have one concern which they immediately addressed to my satisfaction.

  My experience was very positive but the ultimate test came when I was required to have the vehicle inspected before registering in BC. I took it to a Toyota Dealership where a newly certified inspector examined the vehicle. This mechanic was know for his ruthlessness when inspecting but found no issues with my purchase.
