    As an overall experiance, i would rate poor, I bought a brand new truck 0 km on it, site unseen vehicle, and they were very fast and persistent to get the deal done, creating things in the deal to be not so clear, but as soon you touch the Pen to the paper, good luck trying to get much out of them, even a phone call. They sold me a truck with no mudflaps! That’s illegal! And you think they’d be willing to accommodate the small things you ask for without a hassle? Nope not a chance.

    At the time of the sale they will go the extra mile for you, although I am not from Edmonton, the after sales customer appreciation seems to get a little dicey hence the 3 stars. Overall, I received a fair deal on my Jeep and took delivery with no issues. Will likely continue to refer friends/family elsewhere unfortunately.

    I was able to book in for service quickly- and drop off my vehicle right away for the service appointment first thing the next morning. The staff thoroughly checked my vehicle over for the issue discussed, and completed my oil change promptly. I had my vehicle back by 130pm the day of the service appointment. All the staff were extremely friendly and eager to assist me. They also called later in the day to ensure everything was running smooth and no further issues had occurred. The service I received at crosstown was exceptional.

    Purchased my Jeep there about 2 years ago. After travelling 5 hours based on a recommendation to buy from them from a friend. The deal it self was smooth, paperwork and financing was perfect. Have no complaints about my purchase. After a few months a friend of mine was looking for a Grand Cherokee. I had literally pulled her out of our local dealership, text my salesman who sold me my jeep, and ended up getting them the deal over the local guys. I understand there is a referral program but once the deal was done, I had followed up to see if there was any chance of a referral. Got a vague answer and said it will be looked into.. Never heard anything again as our salesman no longer works there. Continually get promotions etc emailed to me that stated they have up to a $3000 referral. I wasn't expecting $3000 by any means, but something now a days to show customer appreciation would be nice. I replied to the promo email stating I had seen up to $3000 referral and politely explained my situation/frustrations. Has been around a week with no response.

    I had a great experience today taking my vehicle for a recall. Due to my busy schedule, it’s been hard for me to keep track of all necessary maintenance for my Jeep but #crosstown auto centre never failed to give me reminders. I must say that my visit today was superb! fast, efficient and detailed. Thumbs up to my service advisor Allan A. Good job crosstown! I’m really happy for the service!

    My wife has a jeep grand Cherokee and booked it in to get an oil change and an inspection before her warranty is up. Dropped it off in the morning and was given our quote and a rough price range and we went home. That evening she decided to use the complimentary shuttle to get picked up as I was going to the gym and wouldn't be available to drive her. The shuttle driver was incredibly rude on the phone and then got very lost trying to get to our pretty easy to get to home and I had to come home and drive her. When paying there were other charges not disclosed when we made the appointment. Fair charges but would have been awful nice if they told us about them upfront. When we got there to pick up and pay, this has little to do with the service, but the girl working the desk had a Kleenex hanging out of her nose. She was rushed and seemed more interested in closing up shop than being polite and helping. After we paid someone went to drive the jeep to the front. We were left standing in the shop waiting until we asked someone and found the person who drove the jeep around just walked past us and delivered the keys back to the service desk and nobody thought to tell us. I made sure to tell the service rep we were dealing with about the rude shuttle driver and I was assured there would be a follow up phone call and our concern heard. We got to the jeep and found a dirty shop rag in the console. And no follow up call was made to us regarding our experience. From what I can tell the work done was good, but the service was deplorable for us. Will definitely never be coming back.

    My girlfriend is buying a new vehicle, and after even a manager snubbed me off, and didn’t seem to care, the chances of going to them are slim. Overall rate 2/10, word travels. With unhappy, unsatisfied and nearly pissed off customers, it travels fast. “Fully loaded” is a loose term around there. Read EVERYTHING very carefully. You’ll have to be thorough, because they are not.
