  I love this bookstore, there's a great local focus alongside the well-curated selection of literature. Also a really impressive selection of Melissa & Doug toys!

  At first I thought it was an inconvenience to have to have a phone call to finalize shipping & payment details. But after speaking with the store representative, the friendly customer service made my experience with Audrey's much more enjoyable than just pointing & clicking on a website.

  I love Audreys and I'm passionate about supporting locally owned business. I would love to see them get an open/closed sign so you actually know that they are open. I would like to see them be a little friendlier. With all the other options now to purchase anything it is very important to make the customers shopping experience a pleasant one. It's still a great spot for books!

  Spectacular customer service. Extremely knowledgeable. Marian went above and WAY beyond when I called in search of a book with only a description (no title or author!). She not only found it, but set aside (with no obligation for me to purchase) 5 other books that she felt may be beneficial for my daughter and I when we had chatted only briefly about the subject matter I was interested in...I am beyond "wowed". THIS is the reason we still need our shops, the staff in them, not to mention, BOOKS!♡♡♡

  Fantastic online shopping & shipping service. I am overseas and ordered a book for a relative living in Edmonton. I made the order on their website and was contacted shortly after with order details & payment confirmation details. The gentleman I spoke with to process the order was friendly, shared a brief chat about the book I was purchasing, and then assured me the book would be shipped out quickly.
