  I heard a lot about this place and decided to check it out. When I was there recently multiple masseuses and stylists were obviously sick. Its really disgusting to imagine being touched by a sick person and you never expect that at the spa! Its unethical to allow sick people to be in contact with your customers. How can the manager allow this? I left without getting any services and will be telling everyone never to go there unless they want to catch something! Gross!

  Had a couples massage today. Not a good experience. My husbands masseuse only did his back and shoulders though we were booked in for a full body massage. When he tried explaining to her at the beginning of the massage the type of pressure he likes, she was rude and said she does what she likes since she is an RMT. Our room had a noisy fan in it, felt more like a Chinatown massage. This is our second time here and we were not impressed and will not recommend this place or go back. The good reviews here are because they offer you a discount if you leave 5 stars. Not a true depiction.

  Nothing is enough to describe how beautiful and professional this place is. Highly qualified staff and technician. Never left disappointed, always satisfied and so happy with what I receive. If you haven't checked it out then your missing on something remarkable.
