  Came in for a massage after winning a gift certificate - it took them a while to find it in the system but the ladies at the desk, including the manager who came to help immediately, were very friendly and patient. Everything was resolved very quickly.

  I don't mind paying top dollar for good service but that's not what you get at this salon. Not only do they pressure you to buy and spend more with every visit, my nails were ruined after a few pedicures at Eveline Charles by over buffing. Every manicure that I had chipped within 48 hours, including Shellac. They quietly raised their prices every time that i visited until I was paying $100 a month for waxing. When I complained and filled out a survey asking to be contacted, no one bothered. I will take my business elsewhere. I have already found better places that charge half the price. Don't be fooled by the fancy decor, you are getting services by people who are poorly qualified and forced to up-sell the clientele.

  Nice location! Mani/pedi done by Amanda was great. She is super helpful and I had a great experience with her while I was there. Gloria did my massage and she does a great job as well. Nice pressure and helped work out any tension spots. Both ladies were so nice! Recommend both of them!

  Finding a good hairstyles is tough. I've been going to EvelineCharles for over 8 years, Prolly more, I had tried different salons during that time as well. But I always end up coming back here. The type of hair I have is very thick, coarse and full, so I'm very picky at who can touch my hair. ATM, My hairstylist is Lacy at south edmonton common and she is phenomenal! Lacy has passion in what she do. You can feel her energy and see it in her eyes. She is super friendly and easy to talk to. She takes her time and listens to you. She doesn't do more or less, it's exactly the way u want Ur hair to be done.

  I never had a bad experience with this company or with any of the hairstylist there in my past. I definitely recommend giving this place a chance and ask for her. She is very professional and very skilled.

  The massage wasn't my favourite or the best I've had but the technician was friendly and professional. The massage room was clean and warm and I was able to be very relaxed.
