    My interaction was very quickly handled and resolved. My only complaint was that I had to phone customer service in order to find the email of the department I needed vs finding it listed online. Though the women in customer service was very nice and gave me all the information I needed.

    I have an auto loan with the General Bank and had to call them twice to adjust the payment schedule. It was easy to reach a live person by phone and there was no waiting time at all! Great customer service as well. Thank you!
