    They have a very large and fancy variety of bakery and cakes and the reason I gave them only three stars is because of two reasons:

    An Edmonton institution that's been around a looong time. The quality of the breads (haven't tried the pastries in a while) speaks for itself. The head baker, Gabor, is deeply knowledgeable, and brings years of experience with him from Germany and Hungary. A must try.
