  Look up Emmy. The little girl with Downs who had open heart surgery and then in recovery had an IV misplaced. Then when she screamed in pain she was ignored ALL NIGHT until she passed out from the pain. Now her nerves are damaged and will never have full sensation in her hand.

  How many hours you have to wait until you get into? How many doctors are in emergency? We was waiting for 4 and a half hour and nothing. There was 16 people before us most of them have a flu. How many time it can take to examine a kid with flu? We was there because my daughter can walk. After 4 hours the nurse said that they can give her a ibuprofen for the pain because that is what the doctors could will be made. I can believe! ! Seriously

  Maybe it was just the time of day but this morning my daughter was struggling to breath. We were seen right away and the nursing staff and E.R doc (Dr. Lee) were so fantastic with her. She was terrified to go to the docotor but everyone was so good with her and we were in and out. She is 2.5 years old. I couldn't be happier with the staff

  After hearing neglect on that little girl that needed someone to help. Her in the pain she had... Instead of offering a hand they closes the door... Horrible to hear!
