  Update: Nov 17/2017 - with posting the above review of one star, they came today and delivered flowers to me and personally apologized for the error in invoicing which I truly appreciate. THAT'S the customer service I like to see, and appreciate is taking the extra step further to correct their mistake and ensure I won't be double invoiced again. Much Appreciated, and thank you for the flowers as well as coming in person to apologize.

  We got a quote for our wedding today and I am just absolutely amazed by the brilliance and quality of service we received. So many great ideas were thrown at us and We got everything we dreamed and imaged for our wedding all within our budget. I cannot wait to see the beautiful ideas come together for our big day.

  I have been using Wild Orchid for several years now for all my florist needs. You want to talk about a hidden gem, this is it. Sure the variety of flowers and the services are great, but what has really kept me coming back is the personal creativity they add into EACH arrangement they make for you. Yes the arrangement looks like what they have on their website, but then they add their own AMAZING personal touch to each arrangement making it unique.....and that is what separates this florist from all the rest!

  I work for a large company close by and used to order flowers on a regular basis as well as my boss. Over the past 6 months they have sent me multiple outstanding invoice attempts to collect, and each time I have to look up a confirmation receipt that I've paid (which I always have) and send their way. Their invoicing system is VERY frustrating and not customer centric at all. I will not be purchasing flowers from here any longer due to the multiple attempts to collect money, when I've already paid.

  ** UPDATE** - Our flower could have have been more amazing!! Everything turned out amazing and the bouquets and centre pieces were lovely!! I would recommend these guys for anyone including if your on a budget as they are wonderfully priced for what you receive!!

  Excellent service and they have the best beautiful flowers in town. Definitely would recommend this place. Thanks to Stephanie for making sure my mom got the flowers I asked and wanted for her birthday on time.
