Well you won't get a call. You'll then leave message after message with people who promise they'll tell Brian Hayne the firearm "lead" about it but will you ever get a call? Nope.

I love going here! Only problem is that I spend way too much money! They have most everything that you could want for hunting/fishing/camping. Lots of parking. Really cool atmosphere. Lots of stuffed animals and mounted fish. The bargain cave has some good stuff as well.

How hard can it be to sell a customer their product and to care enough to pick up the phone?? I've been in twice and called during the work day 3 times. Pretty sure that is beyond what I should be required to do.

Purchased a firearm that ended up being defective on a great sale. No big deal, they have an exchange warranty so I'm good right? Nope.

Ordered online for pickup at this location. Called 3 times so far asking for an update over the past 2 weeks. No replies. It's been a month since I ordered an item (not on back order or anything). I went through this before where I ordered a rifle scope and a few accessories for my rifle. I got a call and came in to find only the scope was in. I wanted to mount it and do everything at once so brought the scope back later that day when I was in the area. The manager proceeded to essentially call me a liar and pissed me off and I was leaving town and never did get my scope back from them. I bought another one on my way to Fort St John for work and had it mounted in fsj. Don't waste your time... This will be my last purchase from here ever after buying spending at least $10,000 here on various high end rifles and optics.

Really impressed for being a first time shopper at Cabela's, the decor is stunning and the layout made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The staff were very friendly, however I was only greeted at the check out line. Overall a decent store, would recommend for anyone that enjoys the outdoors and all related activities!

What I like about Cabelas is their family friendly environment and the massive selection on many different outdoor product. Usually I find great staff, but it isn't the case for this store. I went in to sell a rifle and the employee was not giving me the respect I deserved. I was waiting for him and he ignored me and kept having his casual conversation with another person that had nothing to do with business. Once I finally had his attention I followed him inside the small room inside the gun library and he kicked me out (figuratively speaking) and told me to come back in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes he was still trying to figure out what I brought to him (he seemed to be looking up on google.) and told me to come back in 5 minutes. When I came back he went on trying to ''show off his knowledge'' on this gun with info that was wrong (I know my rifles) and gave me an insulting offer on it. There was no negotiation or conversation, only ''this is what you get, deal with it.'' After we were done he recommended me to sell it privately and lie about the gun to make more money. There was nothing pleasant about this experience. Other staff all appeared to be here to make a quick sell and be done with it, some also shared with me their disdain for their coworker. I know this is the holiday season but there should be some standards regardless.

They'll take 30 minutes to figure out how to take the gun back in their system and then notice they don't have another one to give you. They'll tell you they'll do an inventory transfer from another store and all will be well. Sounds not too bad right?

*UPDATE* worked out in the end but not until 2 more visits. Changed review to 3 stars since they eventually resolved.
